We want you (and your horse!) to love everything you purchase from 20x60! In the event that you are not 100% happy with your purchase, our return policy is as follows:
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
- Merchandise must not be worn, used, altered, or washed. Trying on bridles is absolutely fine, but please remember to keep the tag on.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached (if applicable) and be returned in original packaging.
- Final Sale: Personalized and sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
- All special order items without personalization will be charged a 30% restocking fee if returned and must still be returned in original packaging with tags attached.
- Damaged or incorrect merchandise must be reported to 20x60 within seven (7) days of receipt.
- Shipping and handling is not refundable.
- If your package arrives at 20x60 within the 30-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address associated with your order when this transaction has been completed. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from 20x60.
How do I return merchandise to 20x60?
Please contact us at email@example.com indicating the reason for the return and if you would like to exchange the product or receive a refund. We will then provide you with our return shipping address.
We recommend sending your package to us via a traceable carrier and retaining any tracking information. We do not accept C.O.D.
